Balloon Wholesalers International to distribute The Original Balloominator™

Ballumination, Inc. feels they are about to change the entire balloon industry. As the industry leader in illumination devices for the balloon industry they have teamed up with BWI to distribute Balloominator™ brand products on a global scale. Balloominator™ brand products will be available through Balloon Wholesalers International beginning in November of 2004.

Latex balloons have always been associated with parties and celebrations. The next item to come to market was the foil balloon, allowing a longer float time and advanced shapes and designs. Now there will be three options available to the balloon and party industry. Ballumination, Inc. plans on making lighted and blinking balloons commonplace and feels their new relationship with BWI will greatly increase the public’s awareness of this new and very popular product.

Houston, TX - October 03, 2004 - The balloon and party industry is about to make another major change.

Balloons have long been associated with parties, celebrations, and birthdays. Balloons Are Going High-Tech

HOUSTON - October 23, 2003 Ballumination, Inc. announced today that the release date of their newest product The Original Balloominator™ Version III is going to be November the 1st, 2003. "We are quite pleased to finally come to the end of a complete halt in production that has lasted in excess of six months.", said Douglas G. Oxborrow, president of Ballumination, Inc.

"Version III of the Balloominator will be a completely new product that we anticipate will change the way the entire world envisions party balloons. We have broken all the barriers this time. This is unlike anything we've ever developed. The new product is 2.5 times brighter than before, it has a proprietary anchoring device that will keep it in the neck of the balloon, and even has a lens that focuses an amazing amount of light on the surface of the balloon. Ballumination, Inc. has been developing balloon illumination devices for eight years. Their product, The Original Balloominator™, was released in February of 2003. Production was stopped soon thereafter. According to Mr. Oxborrow the decision to stop all production so soon after an initial release was a difficult one. Ballumination, Inc. felt they were willing to take that chance to focus entirely on developing what they see as, "…the greatest technological advance in the balloon industry has seen in many years." "It was a gamble that we were literally betting our entire company on but we were determined to create the best balloon illumination product in the world without increasing the price to the resellers. Ballumination, Inc. Announces New Device

HOUSTON – September 2, 2002 –Ballumination, Inc. has announced the completion of first round products to be released from its Carson City area site in Nevada. The "Balloominator" will soon be available to illuminate latex balloons. A pull-tab device to turn on the "Balloominators" which illuminate for 10-12 hours and are now ready for production. The pull-tab is long enough to extend outside of the balloon after it has been tied. Test cases showed very positive results from people seeing the illuminated balloons for the first time.

"Just pull on the tab and it lights right up", stated Siegfried Goepner, V.P. of Research and Development for Ballumination, Inc. "We finally have devices that work well and look professional. The first Balloominators will be shipped out this week." In every test case the device has worked perfectly. This concludes the developmental stages of the first round of devices making them now production ready."

Ballumination, Inc. will be ready for full production within the next 2 – 4 weeks.

"I believe we are 30 days from pulling the trigger on this first product and I see no reason why we shouldn’t have outstanding results from our first release to the public. Additional units are currently under development and we should have further new and exciting products to offer in the very near future.
